Larry Cope is an award-winning Graphic Designer with a strong passion for art. He was drawn to art early and credits his artistic aspirations in part to his sister Ann. She had art books from the "Draw Winky" series and he also started to draw what he saw in the books. He got so good that by age seven, he was doing figurative drawings. 

Larry credits his mother-in-law Vivian White with helping him re-energize his passion for art. As she watched him sketch one day, she asked "Why are you creating art that no one will see?" A few weeks later he met renown artist Melvin King who invited him to the Creative Artist Association in Chicago. Since then, he's exhibited art throughout the Chicago area with the Association.
