The inception of Conundrum Coffee began with one thing; passion for craft-roasted coffee.
Our family-owned roastery started in Fort Collins, Colorado in 2012 and has continued to produce high quality, craft-roasted, specialty coffee ever since. Our small but mighty roastery places emphasis on understanding the relationship from seed to cup. Offerings range from single origin to perfectly balanced blended coffees. Some of these include coffees from Ethiopia, Guatemala, and Mexico.
Coffee plants host a variety of beans with a countless amount of flavor opportunities. We love exploring the natural goodness that is locked inside each and every bean.
