On Tuesday night, firefighters from CVFD, went over our different types of chainsaws on the trucks, and how to appropriately start them. They also practiced cutting pieces of wood to get a feel for the tool. Members also trained on the roof saw and used a roof simulator to train on making cuts on a roof for ventilation purposes.
