Conover Properties was founded in 2015 when we renovated our first building in Pierce, NE. With the incredible need for housing in Norfolk and the surrounding areas, we found that we could provide modern, efficient housing and save old, worn-down buildings in the process. A win-win.
Today, we have successfully restored numerous properties and recently finished a major renovation at the Grand Theatre building in Norfolk. The result was 9 beautiful apartments downtown Norfolk and 8000 sq ft of retail space on the bottom level.
We are always looking for ways to improve existing properties and have had the privilege of partnering on several Tommy’s Express Car Wash franchise locations in Norfolk, Columbus, Grand Island, and Kearney.
