The domain name ‹conciergeauctionscams.com› was transferred to luxury real estate firm Concierge Auctions after we filed a complaint under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy that the website was false, deceptive, and defamatory. 16. The ‹www.conciergeauctionscams.com› domain name (the “Domain Name”) was registered on September 6, 2018. Although Domains by Proxy is the registrant of record, we have strong evidence to show that the Domain Name is owned by Mr. Howard Appel or an entity associated with him. 17. Mr. Appel is currently engaged in multiple litigations with Concierge Auctions relating to an unconsummated transaction. Mr. Appel has sued Concierge Auctions. He has sued Concierge Auctions' outside counsel personally, and he has sued the title company used by Concierge Auctions. This is discussed in more detail below.
