OurQuality Assurance and Continuous Quality Improvement Plan is monitored by Concept Health Systems Staff and Board of Directors, funding sources, stakeholders, and counselors. Monthly reporting and assesmernt of outcomes occurs. In addition to treatment services we provide Community Prevention and Outreach services to adults and adolescents.
