The Community Solar Portal is part of a collaborative project led by Australian Energy Foundation (AEF) , a national for-purpose organisation, and seven key community solar organisations from the Victorian Community Solar Alliance (VCSA). Together we’re committed to fostering a sustainable energy future that is led, owned, or operated by the community.
Our goal is to amplify the impact of community-owned renewable energy – projects where a community group initiates, develops, operates and benefits from a renewable energy resource or energy efficiency initiative.
With over 100 projects in development and more than 70 installed nationally, the community energy sector is growing rapidly. By working together and sharing our knowledge, we can accelerate the transition to a sustainable energy future.
