Community Building Management is an independent private social care provider
offering a 24-hour person centred service for young people aged 16+ that may need
help in facing a wide range of developmental issues. As teenagers approaching adulthood, living independently becomes a significant goal. The development of self - resilience is required, so we aim to support young people from ‘dysfunctional’ families and a diverse range of backgrounds, be it; immigration, foster care, or the Youth Justice system.
