Community-Minded Ltd. is a not-for-profit community enterprise and registered as a company limited by guarantee, with three directors (one of which is non-executive) and a Management Advisory Committee consisting of eleven members, six of which are parents living in Old Moat. We provide services to children from our community hub in Old Moat Primary School. Community-Minded Ltd. offers full childcare services to children aged 9 months to 11 years, including playgroup, out-of-school club, playscheme and holidaycare. The charity also has a wide range of courses available including a cooking & taste classes, employability courses, a work club, family forum services, debt solution workshops and volunteering support and opportunities.
