Commercial Nominees was established by Commercial Bank of Ethiopia and Construction & Business Bank in 1965. At that time, it provided services such as stock marketing, stock registration & organization, pension account management of Commercial Bank, and insurance commission work. It started operating independently as a PLC as of July 12, 1993 and since then, it has been providing quality services in various outsource services .
