I’m passionate about holistic product development, people-centered research, collaboration, and storytelling. I use the principles and practice of human-centered design to create inclusive experiences that aim to service to a community. I’m a strategic problem solver and I thrive in an entrepreneurial environment; the creation, iteration, feedback, and reflection loop is how I approach most things in my life.
Humans are complex and lovely and frustrating and wonderful. We tell stories to ourselves and others; often, our words and actions don't match up. I believe it's my job to understand why we behave the way we do and how design can influence those behaviors in a meaningful, respectful, and transparent manner. Work is personal to me. It's all about relationships and people understanding them, helping them, solving problems and cultivating delight.
