Description: Cohort 4 is a women support group based in North Warwickshire. For survivors of abuse, women with previous criminal convictions, women with mental health issues. We are women who have felt lonely and isolated, who may be financially disadvantaged. We are women with all or some of these issues.
Peer support for women, befriending, advice, advocacy and activities to smash loneliness and to enhance survival. Raising confidence & wellbeing.
Cohort 4’s unique OCN accredited, Level 3 Reintegrative Mentoring training package, delivered to our women and to community organisations.
We enhance social inclusion, help improve mental health and reduce women’s loneliness by forming our own social support networks.
