An Attachment-based psychoanalytic psychotherapy particularly focuses on the relational aspect of our lives. It seeks to understand the early environment and the impact of relationships on choices we have made in our adult lives. Exploring issues in an atmosphere of respect, trust and safety is paramount. The process may sometimes be difficult evoking powerful emotions but these can be contained and re-processed in the confidential space of therapy.
