CLIC (Cultivating Leaders and Inspiring Community) is a sustainable student leadership program that creates lasting change. We help school leaders empower the student leaders in the school to create a positive, collaborative culture using a simple framework. The teachers, administrators, and counselors in your school become instrumental in setting the environment to allow student leaders to create a school culture that everyone can be proud of. This Is Done in five steps:
1. Realize that your STUDENTS create the culture in your school 2. Identify the student leaders in your building that WANT school to be a better place 3. Work with those student leaders to teach them to mentor first-year students through their first year of high school 4. Follow the year-long calendar for important implementation dates 5.
