In 2001 portable cleanroom fogger was developed to use LN2 and DI water to produce about 1.5 cubic meters of fog per minute to visualize airflow turbulence. The new AP35 LN2 portable ultrapure fogger produces 5 cubic meters ultrapure fog per minute, and adds a rolling trolley, adjustable fog controls and wireless remote control.
