Circa Restorations Inc. made its mark four years ago after owner, Graham Sievers, finished an extensive renovation on the 1905 heritage home he shares with his wife and two young daughters in New Westminster. It was a labour of love from the beginning. After being shown the house by his now-realtor sister and Circa's in-house designer, Lori Fralic, Graham saw exactly what she did: a diamond in the rough in need of his master craftsman touch.
For many, it was merely a teardown, but Graham had bigger plans and today the 112-year-old Queen Anne cottage stands proud once again.
