This thread surfaced all these thoughts about aesthetic. Not how the word “aesthetic” is carelessly applied to everything these days.
No, I mean, aesthetic , like a zoom out, birds eye view of how you curate and/or apply taste in all aspects of your life. What’s the story you tell about yourself? When people look at you, or spend time with you, or inhabit your space, is that story evident?
So here’s how I view myself, right. the story I envision. this modern-day renaissance, master the mind/body/soul, tech philosopher artist poet type w lots of feels, genuinely believes in humanity and our ability to use technology to empower at scale. Lives life to the fullest, adores art, music, listens to Grieg and ZHU in equal measure, does things with intention, debates Heidegger, knows what epistemology means, is memelord af, etc.
