Refunds can only be provided with the original payment method. If a customer no longer has access to that payment method, they will need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
Please allow up to 15 days for your return or exchange to be processed. This does not include manufacturing time for exchanged products.
