Spring colors seems to begin with the Redbuds and soft greens.
While the weather was in the news almost every evening, here in Kansas City we had a relatively mild, and uneventful winter. Spring has been beautiful, but unusually dry. We have had a brief moment of beautiful painting weather but by early May, it is already turning hot. May has me painting in the STEMS Plein Air event in Kansas City, followed by an artist residency in Italy, so subscribe to my newsletter or check my blog to see more about that.
