The club has been practising traditional Shotokan Karate in the Chesterfield area since 1971 and is a member of the Karate Union of Great Britain, the largest single style karate organization in the UK with over 4000 members and 200 clubs. CSKC runs several classes each week for all ages, grades and abilities with the Young Tigers class specifically aimed at children between the ages of 6-9 years old.
All our senior instructors are KUGB long serving members, having between 25 and 50 years service.
