I use an integrative approach but draw from Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Interpersonal Process, Emotion Focused (EFT), Multicultural, Mindfulness, Sensorimotor, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) theories of psychotherapy.
