Join us for Chef Sessions #5. Four of our junior chefs experiment with ingredients and cooking methods under the watchful eye of a senior chef for 6 weeks prior to the event. These chefs then get to present their ideas in the intimate setting of Orso restaurant at the end of March. Expect bold flavours spread across 8 courses, paired wines by our wine experts and matching beers from our brewers. Very limited seating. Tickets €75
