Description: Built in 1797 by Col. Benjamin Godfrey, this wind-powered grist mill in Chatham, Massachusetts is open for tours in July and August. The mill was historically renovated in 2009-12 and grinds corn into meal during our special Grinding Day at the Godfrey Grist Mill events, held in June and August.
