I paint mostly landscapes, sometimes in acrylics, sometimes in oils. When I can, I like to paint outdoor, en plein air working directly from nature studying volumes and colors under ever changing light. This method of working, which involves carrying painting equipment from site to site, requires a rapid execution and results in a freshness apparent in the paintings.
