___________________________ NOTICE! Mandatory Spay and Neuter was passed on the County level in Volusia County in 2008. All of the Cities then followed. The purpose of this is for the pet's health, and to control the terrible pet overpopulation that we have. CCFAW is so pleased to have been chosen as a 2022 grant recipient for the Florida Animal Friend annual grant award. With this additional funding, we will be able to provide spay and neuter services to hundreds of animals and help fix the problem of pet overpopulation.
