Cressida is an AHPRA registered psychologist, with endorsement as a clinical psychologist from the Psychology Board of Australia.
Cressida adopts a collaborative, recovery-oriented and client-centred approach in her work. She uses warmth, empathy and a trauma-informed stance to foster a sense of safety in the therapeutic space. Cressida has developed her therapeutic practice working in community mental health, private practice and corrective services settings. While she has experience working across the lifespan, she has a particular interest in supporting adolescents and young adults in their wellness and recovery.
