Cause and Effect Foundation , a registered charity, is an Early Intervention Program working with pre-school children with special needs and their families since 1994. We provide speech and language services, primarily in daycare settings within Calgary and surrounding communities, to children aged 3 years 8 months to 6 years. Funding is provided by Alberta Education through their Mild/Moderate (MM) and Moderate Language Delay (PUF-MLD) grants. There is no cost to the parent accessing these programs through
