Description: We are a large Primary Care Network in Dorset incorporating 12 GP practices and covering over 120,000 patients in Poole North and East Dorset. We are non-profit making putting the health of our patients and our network of GP practices at the very centre of all we do.
What we do
We are a not-for-profit GP federation in Dorset owned by 13 GP practices, helping colleagues meet the many challenges of delivering primary care.
We provide direct services to our practices and Primary Care Networks (PCNs), including business intelligence, business services and developing models of care. We also represent the voice of our practices during discussions about how healthcare in Dorset is to be delivered in future.
