I used to be a solid frontend developer back in the days when frontend mostly meant writing accessible, performant HTML and CSS . When frontend became rock star dependency management, I pivoted towards field studies in customer support, user experience, inclusive localisation, product marketing, business strategy, knowledge management, and finally people culture care. (I don’t hold any formal degree in any of those.)

If you were involved with WordPress (the open source project, not the business) between 2011 and 2019, our digital paths may have crossed when my handle was @glueckpress and my other site wasn’t retired yet.
