Members of Carmel VAC and Carmel FD took time out last night to refresh on their CPR skills. CPR is a lifesaving skill used when someone’s breathing or heartbeat has stopped. Everyone can and should learn this easy and effective skill because the sooner CPR is started, the better chance the patient has to survive.
