RGG Associates are a national provider of careers guidance and leadership training.
The Level 6 Certificate in Careers Triage Interviewing has been developed by RGG Associates in response to Gatsby Benchmark 8 Personal Guidance. The skills and knowledge gained through this qualification will enable school and college staff to provide targeted careers support to students and refer those most in need of personal guidance to a qualified Careers Practitioner.
The qualification, which takes 3 specific units from the Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance and Development, promotes the delivery of high quality information and advice through knowledge of careers resources and labour market information plus the practice of interview skills to engage young people in careers discussions.
