My uncle, Paul Cook, acquired The Captain’s Quarters, previously known as The Swan, in 1985. Over the next 30 years, he added onto and improved upon the motel in many ways. With his unexpected passing in 2016, my wife and I took over as Owner/Operators and have made many improvements of our own and continue every off season adding and improving where we can.
