Having acquired the assets of Biztrak Business Solutions Sdn Bhd (Biztrak) in June 2017, Cape Range Limited (the Company) relisted on the ASX on November 30, 2017.
Cape Range Limited returned to the ASX as a listed public company on November 30 2017 (ASX code: CAG) closing the IPO after raising over AU$5.6 million, approximately AU$1.1 million above minimum.
