Description: Candlelit Dartmouth is a community event which takes place annually in December in Dartmouth, Devon and features the arrival of Santa by boat, a lantern procession, Christmas markets, music, entertainment and late night shopping.

It is with great sadness that the Candlelit Dartmouth Committee have decided to cancel the event for 2020. We appreciate how disappointing this will be to everyone who has supported us over many years and particularly to the families and children who hold the event so dearly in their hearts.
However, the circumstances in which we all find ourselves have left us with no choice and the safety of everyone is our main consideration.
If at all possible we will try and hold a small event for local townspeople nearer the time and will update you all if we think this is a safe possibility.
