Founded in 2012 by Casey and her husband Doug Downer of Haymarket Virginia, CAS operates in Prince William, Fauquier, Loudon and Richmond counties in Virginia with support from some amazing volunteers and partner organizations. The relationships with our partners not only brings awareness to the issues we are trying to mitigate but it brings with it an awareness to the community itself of those organizations out there willing to serve them for their benefit.
