Mr. Ginsburg has significant experience evaluating investment opportunities and advising entrepreneurs in various industries, historically with a focus on financial technology. Mr. Ginsburg co-founded and manages private equity funds as Managing Partner of Vernon & Park Capital. He is a Partner in La Marzocco International, the premier manufacturer of high-end commercial espresso machines.
Mr. Tibshrany has more than 20 years of investment, strategy and operations experience working with both privately held and publicly traded companies. Previously, he was with Sterling Partners, where he focused on investing in growth consumer/retail businesses. Mr. Tibshrany is the Chairman of the Board of Diedrich Coffee Roasters and the Lead Board Director at Feel Good Foods and Matt’s Cookie Company.
Ms. Ginsburg has over 25 years of experience in the investment banking industry. As a founding principal at Vector Securities International, Inc. (“Vector”), a leading investment bank focused on the healthcare industry, Ms. Ginsburg played a central role in all key areas of the firm. Vector was purchased by Prudential Securities where Ms. Ginsburg remained as a Managing Director. Ms. Ginsburg received her BBA from George Washington University in 1982 and her JD/MBA from Stanford in 1986.
