Description: Fueled by an unending desire for real food and real ingredients, we have reimagined ice cream as healthy, guilt-free food! Cajou Creamery is the first and only plant-based creamery in the DMV DC, Maryland and Virginia, and the first to exclusively use hand-crafted plant milks to create our bases.
Our dairy-free ice cream is hand-crafted from house made cashew milk. We fold in only high-quality, whole superfoods made from plants, such as organic wild blueberries, green cardamom, cinnamon, pistachios, raw cacao, and sweet potatoes.
Lead by our Executive Chef, our ice cream is made from scratch in culturally curious flavors. Our flavors are driven by our passion for travel and global cuisine.
We are a Black-owned business committed to principles of a worker-owner cooperatives, especially equity and inclusion . To that end, we are committed to hiring and training returning citizens to provide opportunities for a second chance to thrive.
