This fragile rural community was once a self-sustaining upland settlement but has now reached a critical point in its long history.
Our plans include an exciting regeneration project to develop a working Historic Distillery and a new Heritage Centre, through the sensitive conversion of our farm buildings.
The Cabrach is a fragile and hauntingly beautiful place. At the turn of the 20th century, the Cabrach had a community of around 1000 people, today it is under 100.
