My papa was the local sheriff and my mama stayed home with the kids. Being the youngest of 9 siblings I was the lucky one who got to spend the most time with mama in the kitchen.It was there, in a tiny cottage in a mountain village, that I learned that the main things that make food so special are the quality ingredients and the passion you cook with.
