Description: The Brooklyn Book Festival is New York City's largest free literary festival.
Save the dates for the fall as the Festival presents nine days of Bookend literary events in all five boroughs and then celebrates with its flagship Festival Day & Literary Marketplace in Downtown Brooklyn and it’s popular Children’s Day in Brooklyn Commons. Gathered together with other readers, vendors, publishers, booksellers, and your favorite writers in celebration of books and authors.
This year’s Brooklyn Book Festival launches on September 22nd with our Virtual Festival Day – 12pm – 5pm and citywide Bookend Events. Join us on September 29th at Brooklyn Commons for our Children’s Day and on September 30th at Brooklyn Borough Hall, Columbus Park and other nearby venues for our Festival Day & Literary Marketplace.
