White Birch, our landscape contractor, will be applying the spring fertilizer and weed control to our common areas the week of April 24th. Signs will be posted along the walking path.
Just a friendly reminder that HOA dues were due as of March 1st 2023.
If you don’t follow our Facebook page we post often there so I would go ahead and give our page a “like”. Dues are $210 this year. You can mail a check to our P.O. Box or pay via Venmo. If you pay via Venmo, you’ll have to offset the transaction fee amount and pay a bit more. If you choose the Venmo option make sure to include your address or lot number and the total amount due to offset the fees would be $214.17.
