With nearly 50 years of commitment to the Hereford breed and cattle industry, the present years are the most exciting yet! We have been involved in the cattle business since the early 1970s, when Jim first purchased acreage in Leake County, Mississippi and added a Hereford bull and a group of commercial cows.
Over the next few years, the herd grew, more land was purchased, pastures were improved, and Jim decided to add purebred cattle to the operation. We entered the registered Hereford business with the purchase of cattle in the BC Rogers Polled Hereford dispersal. Since then, we have increased numbers by purchasing quality cattle from herds across the U.S. and Canada.
