Since its inception by the Government of India in 2013, BRLF partners with state governments and community based organisations to scale up civil society action and ensure better implementation and outreach of the government schemes and programmes.

We have been witnessed to as well as participated in meetings where both Government and Civil Society have had very healthy exchange of ideas eventually leading to more effective features in policy. It could either accelerate the implementation or improve the impact. These are typically in a sense facilitated by BRLF.
