Welcome to British Affiliation for Sports and Law. We are a team of sports enthusiasts: Jake is our eSports specialist; Shinina covers individual sports and Bruce team sports. Between us we have more than three decades of experience in Sports law as well as active participation in, and enthusiastic spectators of, individual and team sports.

At the heart of eSports is a global, young, diverse and passionate community of professional and casual gamers, enthusiasts and collaborators. There are increasing numbers of gamers and spectators in the UK spending almost £3.3 billion on computer games in 2016, whilst the winners of eSports competitions can win thousands of pounds in prize money. Exciting changes are happening and as technology improves eSports are expected to continue to grow. Traditional sports clubs, like Premier League football teams,
