We're currently open Thursday – Sunday and feature our famous Southern Brunch Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-3pm. Stop and experience a taste of the South in the Short North!
We accept reservations for up to 10 guests until 8pm on a first come first come first serve basis via our website, OpenTable, or Instagram. For groups of 10+ please make requests via BristolRepublic.com After 8pm we offer walk up seating only. If you and your party would like guaranteed seating after 8pm we require a prepaid food and beverage minimum (starting at $300).
