I’m Brian, and I’ve been a Raleigh photographer since 2005.
I began my career in photography a bit differently than other photographers in Raleigh. It started with editorial photography (ask me about it, it’s a funny story) and began photographing weddings shortly afterwards. I’ve spent most of my life involved with visual arts in some way. My background in photography, cinematography & concert lighting all have shaped my photographic style & vision.
Photographs are different than any other visual medium. They let us explore our own visceral connection to that specific moment, filling in the small details from your mind. This connects you with your wedding photos in ways I can’t describe but are very personal to each client. I create beautiful, natural imagery you are intrinsically linked to, not just being a prop in. Pursuing this achievement is what fills my soul as a wedding photographer.
