Nearly 25 years ago, Bread Poets was a relatively new and exciting concept to the Bismarck-Mandan area. Today we are as much a staple in the community as bread is to your dinner table.
We grind our own wheat daily in our own Stone Burr Mill and hand-knead our bread. Each loaf is finished by hand, the old-fashioned way, for a bread experience that is truly out of this world!
