The Brainerd HRA owns and/or manages affordable rental housing, administers several rental assistance programs, and provides rehab services to owner-occupied, renter-occupied and commercial properties. Please take some time to explore our program areas listed below.
The Brainerd HRA owns and manages 203 units of public housing. Ranging from single-family homes and duplexes to one-bedroom apartments we can offer and accommodate what you and your family are searching for. Applicants can learn about apartments and home options currently available through the HRA.
