Boone Electric Cooperative has always been committed to the communities it serves. From the very beginning, Boone Electric was founded with the intention of improving the quality of life of its members.
That commitment was further enhanced through the creation of the Boone Electric Community Trust. More than $3 million has been given back to the community since the Trust was established in December 1997. Eligible 501(c)(3) organizations and public entities, such as public schools can submit an application for funding. Guidelines and the application can be found here .
