Bon Sel Dayiti is the only food-grade, iodized, and fortified salt produced in Haiti. Owned and operated by C.S.C., and established as a project of the University of Notre Dame Haiti Program, our primary goal is to aid in reducing iodine deficiency disorders (IDD).
